Ivone de Guadalupe Reis is a licensed Clinical and Educational Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor, and Specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology, recognized for her extensive international experience and expertise in trauma-informed care.
She is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and accredited by the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association, working across Europe and the Middle East with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As Head of Trauma Services, Ivone leads the development and delivery of specialized trauma-focused interventions, integrating evidence-based approaches with a strong neurobiological framework.
Since relocating to Dubai in early 2020, she has worked in high-profile mental health settings, including leading a Critical Incident Program for corporate environments and holding senior leadership roles such as Clinical Director within multidisciplinary teams.
Before her work in the UAE, Ivone developed extensive clinical and leadership experience in Portugal’s private healthcare system, practicing as a Clinical Director and Consultant Psychologist since 2011.
