Emotional Wellness Assessments
A proactive approach to mental well-being, similar to routine physical checkups. Each 30-minute session with a licensed psychologist includes:
- Review of a pre-completed assessment to identify emotional or psychological concerns
- Discussion of findings and current challenges
- Tailored recommendations, which may include therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or curated resources such as support groups, reading materials, or digital tools
Workshops & Seminars
Personalized one-on-one counseling sessions designed to support individual growth, emotional wellbeing, and professional performance — led by licensed psychologists.
- Focuses on both immediate concerns and deeper psychosocial challenges.

The Resilience Circle Chats
Informal, clinician-led group discussions designed to foster open dialogue around mental health.
- Suitable for all employees, or tailored specifically for leaders/managers
- 60-minute sessions featuring real stories from leaders who have faced mental health challenges
- Encourages psychological safety, empathy, and openness within teams
Crisis Response Services
For employees impacted by a crisis or traumatic event (e.g., death, layoffs, workplace injury). 60-minute session led by a crisis response specialist (for up to 1,000 participants). Helps participants:
- Understand normal stress reactions
- Develop healthy coping mechanisms
- Strengthen team unity and resilience
60–90 minute structured small-group process (up to 15 participants) led by a trained facilitator. Conducted soon after a critical incident, ideally following a CIB. Provides a confidential environment to share reactions, learn coping strategies, and build emotional resilience.
60–90 minute session facilitated by a grief specialist. Supports employees in processing loss, understanding grief responses, and learning how to support others. Builds organizational preparedness for handling bereavement compassionately.
Wellbeing Email Series
Weekly or bi-monthly wellness emails for all employees. Practical, easy-to-apply wellbeing tips and reminders to maintain mental health awareness throughout the organization.
Support Groups
Regularly facilitated sessions that bring together individuals with shared experiences to provide mutual support, enhance coping skills, and reduce isolation.
Consulting & Advisory Services
Expert guidance to strengthen organizational wellbeing frameworks. Includes:
