Amal is a CDA-licensed psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Koç University (Istanbul, Türkiye). She has three years of experience working with adults (18+) using a client-centered approach in her therapy practice. She offers a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to share, reflect, and grow. Amal values individual autonomy, respect, collaboration, and commitment as she guides clients toward sustainable change and meaningful living.

Amal invites clients on a guided journey toward self-discovery, with space to reflect on whether their current way of living truly aligns with what matters most to them. With openness and curiosity, Amal and her clients explore the behaviors, self-beliefs, and daily patterns that may be keeping them stuck. At their own pace, clients build their “life compass” – a clear sense of direction that helps them move toward a more flexible and meaningful way of living, one that makes room for the full range of thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Amal believes meaningful change happens through small, consistent steps taken with intention and self-compassion.
